These rooms don't produce anything, at least not directly. Some have special functions, others exist for narrative purposes, and some only serve to connect the different parts of your Shelter together.
Connects different levels of your shelter. Be sure not to connect them horizontally, to each other to prevent moving issues. As long as they are connected vertically only, they can be moved like other rooms.
Vacant rooms placed by the game upon moving rooms elsewhere or to ensure connections between rooms. Acts as a hallway between rooms connected to it.
It doesn't disappear until you remove everything attached to the room itself and then reload the game.
Prepare your Champions for missions and expeditions.
All types of loot can be found on expeditions. They can also reveal Secret Locations - difficult missions that can provide good loot. Remember to always send your girls with plenty of eLDi!

It is always assumed there is enough space for new Champions to join the shelter. Upgrading Living Quarters provides additional space for more Workers. This was changed on Sept. 28th, 2022 - so the old information for low level Living Quarters has been removed as it was no longer accurate.

The Pool is built on the roof of the main building - building it first requires clearing the rubble from the top of the building. Unlocking the pool grants access to pool themed pictures of all the Champions - there are currently 75 pictures available (though presumably more pictures will be added as new Champions are added to the game).
Unlocking the pictures requires Pool Entry Bands, which are generated by workers at the pool. Every worker generates 2 Entry Bands per hour, their stats do not matter. Each day there are 5 pictures available for purchase with Entry Bands, but the selection can be refreshed for 25 nanites. The pictures are unlocked in sections - some require purchasing 6 sections, some require 8, etc. Each section costs 25 Entry Bands and grants 2 Trust.
Entry Bands can also be used to purchase a Common Crate (30 Entry Bands), a Rare Crate (70 Entry Bands), and an Epic Crate (100 Entry Bands). Only one crate of each type is available per day.

The Stylist Station allows you to customize your Workers. You can change the Worker's skin, hairstyle, eye color, and hair color. Some options are locked and require an upgraded Stylist Station - and possibly completing flirts with certain Champions - to access. The locked options are typically ones that match a specific Champion's appearance.

The Trading Post allows for trading Resources. When you trade items, you earn Silver Caps which can be used for special offers available at the Trading Post and Sarah's Caravan. Earning enough Silver Caps during the week will also earn you a discount at Sarah's Caravan. The discount maxes out at 75% with 27 Silver Caps, though you can continue to earn more Silver Caps for spending. If you have not yet traded enough Silver Caps for the max discount when Sarah's Caravan arrives, this isn't a huge problem. The discount can still be increased by getting more Silver Caps, even the ones you get when purchasing something from Sarah's Caravan.
