Flirts are a way to talk to each of your Champions, get to know them better, and unlock increasingly lewd scenes. The first scene is a pin-up drawing of the Champion, the second is a small lewd picture, and the final flirt unlocks a full blown H-scene. These conversations are also a key part of learning a Champion's personality, background and their over all Champion Story.
Some responses during flirts will require spending flirt energy. By default you can have up to 3 flirt energy stored at a time, though you can get more from VIP Levels. The energy replenishes at a rate of 1 per hour.
The final step of each flirt requires spending flirt items. These can be found from missions, the roulette, daily quests, and events. As of right now there's no way to get specific flirt items, when you get some it will be random which actually item you receive.
